If your order or part of your order needs to be returned due to damage in transit, please contact us as soon as possible (WITHIN 1 DAY OF RECEIPT OF GOODS) and we will arrange a suitable date and time to collect the piece. How can I return an item which has been damaged in transit? If we can help make your purchase easier please let us know. It is therefore in your best interests to make sure that you will not need to return the item. Because of the fragile nature of sculptures the chances of sending your return back to us successfully without damage is small. It is very important, particularly with more fragile items that you do not disturb the contents of the package. Items must be returned unopened, in their original packaging and returned at your cost. Returns can be initiated within 14 days of goods recieved.

Please bear with us while we arrange for packing items. If we use a fragile courier, sometimes this can be between 2 days at busy times.įor international orders your sculpture will be sent via TNT. When your order has been confirmed with the courier, we will notify you of the delivery day. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery - For fragile items and large sculpture we use both DPD and TNT but may sometimes use a fragile carrier for orders within the UK. It is advisable to avoid leaving perishable goods outside. You can also change the delivery slot, as well as leave the item in a safe place or with a neighbour. Some sculptures may be on display in one of our galleries, which means it may take time to obtain it from the gallery and have it checked and wrapped accordingly. We always do our utmost to get the order to you as soon as we possibly can. Some of our suppliers send directly to our customers, saving time and is dependent on availability of their stock.īecause of the demand of our items and lead time for delivery from the supplier, stock can run out - if you require the item quickly please email or call us to avoid disappointment. Delivery from our suppliers vary and can be up to 1 week depending on the item and availability. If the item is displayed as 'Available to Order' we will confirm availability and give you an estimated delivery date. It is always helpful to know if the item is for a gift and whether you need the item delivered by a certain date - If we don’t know we can’t help.
