It sounded crazy and I'm not sure if it is still the case (or was even the case then) but something to note if you aren't sure you'll use it for the full 12 months.
The person that I toured with (the only way to find out the price was to tour) told me they didn't offer any month to month options, that they only offered 12 month memberships and there was no way to cancel before the 12 months was up.
